Nadeau was the design/build team leader during the planning and pre-construction phase of this 55,000 sf cultivation facility. Nadeau and our A/E team designed, budgeted, value engineered, scheduled and facilitated all activities necessary to prepare this industrial property for a large scale state-of-the-art cultivation operation. Included in Nadeau’s responsibilities was a full building assessment, architectural design, MEP/FP engineering, structural engineering, environmental engineering, demo, structural steel reinforcement, hazardous materials removal, masonry, rough and finish carpentry, roofing, HVAC, plumbing & heating, electrical and fire protection work.
