Project: Exterior Improvements & Solar Carport

This was a 2 phase project for the client. Phase 1 was to install 103’ x 24.5’ Solaire 360T solar carport with EV Car Chargers that covers a portion of the parking lot. This green energy solution consisted of 140 solar modules creating a solar energy system of 39.90 kilowatts. An underground Stormwater Storage System was also installed to manage any potential drainage issues. Phase 2 consisted of significant exterior building improvements, and updated entrance area through a design/build methodology.
