Project Description

Project: Warehouse Addition & Office Renovation
Location: Pawtucket, RI
Year Completed: 2002
Project Manager: Ernie Nadeau

This was a 3 phase project. Phase I saw the separation, relocation and expansion of the plant’s shipping and receiving departments. Phase II included the construction of a new warehouse which now inventories both raw and finished goods. Phase III involved the expansion and refurbishment of NEPTCO’s administrative headquarters, with the addition of over 6,000 square feet of office space. All participants agreed that the increased
manufacturing space would dramatically improve material flow throughout the plant, reduce material handling requirements, and increase the safety of NEPTCO employees.
