Project:Ā Exterior Improvements & Solar Carport

This was a 2 phase project for the client. Phase 1 was to installĀ 103ā x 24.5ā Solaire 360T solar carport with EV Car Chargers that covers a portion of the parking lot. ThisĀ green energy solution consisted of 140 solar modules creating a solar energy system of 39.90 kilowatts. An underground Stormwater Storage System was also installed to manage any potential drainage issues. Phase 2 consisted of significant exterior building improvements, and updated entranceĀ area through a design/build methodology.
