Nadeau Corp awarded yet another National Guard Security project. This time its the RI AIR National Guard.
The major elements of work under this project are very similar to Nadeau Corporationâs prior projects for the RI Army National Guard. Two security fence projects, one at the Camp Varnum Regional Training Facility and the other at the North Smithfield Armory were awarded to Nadeau Corporation just 2 months ago.

Nadeau Corp has been awarded the contract by the Rhode Island Army National Guard as the general contractor to provide services to the Camp Varnum Regional Training Facility and the North Smithfield Armory.The project entails installing new perimeter security fencing with an electric main entryway at both locations to upgrade and ensure the integrity of the perimeter of these high security sites. Nadeau Corporations project manager Mark Menard, will be taking on the venture for the National Guard to ensure the strict safety standards as well as the high quality of work set by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is met. Bob Whirlow, a long-standing project superintendent for Nadeau Corporation, is celebrating his 25 year anniversary with the company. Bob has been with us since the beginning and has proved to be an extremely valuable asset. His intelligence and his friendly personality create a recipe for success on complicated projects that require lots of interaction with numerous parties. Mark Menard is celebrating his 20th year with Nadeau Corporation. Mark has been our Project Manager on some of the most complicated and sophisticated endeavors. Many of those projects have had a healthcare end-use, which is why Mark has been named Nadeau’s leader for our MedBuild Division strictly focused on the specific needs of our medical clients. Medical Imaging suites, X-Ray, CT Scan labs, Internal Medicine facilities, Urgent Care Clinics, Hospitals, and everything in between, Mark has the professionalism, the coordination skills, and the knowledge to get the job done correctly…the first time. While he manages projects of all types, Nadeau relies on his healthcare background frequently.
In February, Richline Group, a subsidiary of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Corp., agreed to buy the company and its Attleboro plant with a commitment to keep the manufacturing center and its 500-plus employees working. Richline brought in a new management team and embarked on 20,000 sq ft of renovations at the plant and grounds, which were on display at this ribbon cutting ceremony. READ FULL STORY

Nadeau Corporation completed the 12,000 square foot medical building in a CM fashion. The John Adams Medical Center is located at the mouth of the Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, Ma. Our team completed the shell construction in collaboration with Vision 3 Architects for IMHA Real Estate LLC who was the developer on the project.
